ARTIST: IVY LAPP

Ivy Lapp is a watercolor artist whose work is deeply inspired by the natural world, wildlife, and the outdoors. Growing up in the picturesque Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Ivy developed an early connection to the landscape, its seasons, and the creatures that inhabit it. Her artwork reflects this lifelong love of nature, with a particular focus on capturing the delicate beauty of animals and landscapes through the soft, fluid medium of watercolor. Ivy’s artistic vision is shaped by her experiences in the wild—hunting, trout fishing, and keeping bees—activities that allow her to intimately observe nature’s rhythms and nuances.
